Since 1962, when Giancarlo Molinari first learned the secrets of the art of fine pastry, he kept interpreting and implementing the original recipes of ancient Veronese fine pastry.
At the Molinari patisserie, in addition to these genuine and special pastries and cakes, you can find the famous puff pastry. Water, flour, butter, salt, sugar and eggs.
It’s from these simple, natural ingredients that the old recipe of the puff pastries originates , a typical product of the Villafranca patisserie tradition.
